There was already a link to this movie on my front page but I have decided to move it to a post. This movie was created a few years back. The idea for this movie has been around for much longer. I remember making up this movie. I have a recording on a digital recorder that my friends (Jennifer and Billie) and I discussed it one night while we drank and hung out at my old apartment. I never wrote the actual story to this thing. I have the notes for it still. To be honest, I do have maybe two pages wrote to it.

I like to think that everyone in the world has some sort of talent. It might be cooking. It might be a talent in singing or juggling. I like to think I have talent in writing. Captain Planet likes to think he has talent in the field of dancing. The below video is here to disprove of that. He is no Gene Kelly. In no way shape or form does he meet the level of Fred Astaire. I’ve been sitting on the video for a few weeks. He was thrilled that I still had it and asked to get it up on youtube. He’s also the same guy I wrote the poem about. No need to worry. The poem just has his name. I think it is a great poem.

Back in early 00′s, I signed up to play the game, The Sims Online. I have been a fan of the offline game since its’ release. Sadly, the online version never met the expectations the game itself did. For those that did play, we enjoyed it. I’ll admit, towards the end (before the game was cancelled), I grew tired of it. I had my reasons. I am sure many of the players did. The game lacked updates, we were told of future features to come that didn’t, and how repetitive the game became. Once you maxed out your skill level, there was nothing else to do. Sure it was a social game but there is only so many times you can play “skill till you drop” and have “pee parties’.
